- Recovery Disk created for full backup of the new PC as it leaves the store.
- Computer Serial Number engraved on the computer and accessories. This number is then stored on the HDC database and the Police Property Identification Database for ultimate protection.
- 12 Month Anti-Spam Software.
- 12 Month Anti-Spyware Software.
- Free Priority on Job Bookings ($45 saving).
- 1 Hour Free Labor on Tech Jobs in store ($85 saving).
- Full Extras Program Installation: Macromedia Flash, Java, DVD/Audio Codecs, Wallpapers and Screensavers. Most things an average user sets up over time will be pre-installed.
The Gold Care Pack is ideal for those who need Ultimate Coverage. It includes everything already listed above as a part of the Bronze and Silver packages plus these added extras:
- Dedicated Technician for all jobs and phone support.
- 2 Onsite Callouts of 1 Hour Duration over a 12 month period. (This option is recommended for System Scan and Service, but can include tuition, repair, and ink refills). If no callouts are taken within the 12 month period, this option can be used to upgrade the PC in store. In this situation the upgrade fee would be parts only. Labour would be free.
- In the unlikely event of us having to take your computer (that was purchased along with the Gold Care Pack) for a warranty job that takes more than 2 working days from the book in date, we will loan you a laptop at absolutely no cost to minimise any downtime you may suffer.
